What is MoveFit?
MoveFit is a comprehensive format that allows you to feel safe + love your body + just have fun! It’s not like any other dance format, because you're learning body awareness and how to move, while simultaneously getting a workout at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. Connecting to your body and getting fit doesn't have to be a chore — come join us for a fun and unique experience!

Find Your Fit helps bring the community together to experience different types of fitness classes, bringing a sense of curiosity, exploration, and fun to getting fit!
We are so excited to have two locations this year: Franklin and Murfreesboro! Dani D. Fitness is hosting Find Your Fit in collaboration with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, who will receive the proceeds from the event.
